Sparke Helmore is seeking a Senior Associate to join our esteemed Workplace team in Newcastle, working closely with partners Catherine Wilkinson and Emma Gruschka.

About the Role- You will advise and represent employers on various workplace matters, including unfair dismissals, general protections claims, discrimination claims, bullying, and harassment.
- With a strong focus on client relationships, you will work collaboratively with our national team and engage with other practice groups to deliver cohesive outcomes.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to develop your skills working onsite with clients through regular secondment opportunities.
Your Background- At least 6+ years' experience with a strong understanding of workplace law, ideally including knowledge of the Work Health and Safety Act.
- Proven experience in managing disciplinary issues, unfair dismissals, and responding to safety incidents.
