The Role & The Team
As part of our Workplace Relations, Employment & Safety team, you will have the opportunity to advise clients on a wide range of workplace relations, employment law, and safety matters, navigating complex legal issues with confidence and expertise.
Our expertise covers industry updates, best practices, and tailored prevention packages for bullying and harassment, with a focus on achieving favourable outcomes throughout the claims process.

What You Bring
- Defendant experience within a well-regarded practice
- A good understanding of employment law, including drafting enterprise agreements, understanding the rights of employers to bring claims, unfair dismissal, and discrimination
- A good knowledge of awards and national employment standards
- Strong litigation and research skills
- Willingness to participate in knowledge sharing and business development activities to enhance your skills
- Desire to grow and develop with our team
- An ability to build effective working relationships with clients
- A demonstrated client following or ability to build new client relationships is an advantage
