We are seeking a talented Senior Structural Engineer with minimum 5+ years industry experience and demonstrated work within the Australian market. You will have the opportunity to work on a wide range of projects across multiple sectors, including health, education, mixed-use developments, hospitality, retail, sporting facilities, and more.

The Role

Your key responsibilities as a Senior Structural Engineer will include:

  • Developing concept and schematic designs for various structures, overseeing projects from conception through to site completion.
  • Conducting detailed analysis, design computations, and overseeing the preparation of documentation, while assisting with site phase delivery.
  • Peer reviewing detailed calculations, technical reports, and design concepts.
  • Coordinating designs with other project team consultants, architects, and clients.
  • Financial oversight of projects under your direction.
  • Creating and maintaining schedules for assigned work scope and associated deliverables.
  • Conducting site inspections to monitor works undertaken and verify conditions.
  • Staying up-to-date with trends and technology in structural engineering.
  • Providing leadership and technical direction for engineering elements of projects undertaken by our company.
About You

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • A minimum of 5 years' experience in a similar role.
  • Relevant tertiary qualifications.
  • A proven track record of successful planning, concept, and detailed designs of varied projects.
  • Strong technical skills and exceptional interpersonal and communication abilities.
  • The capacity to develop and nurture internal and external relationships.
  • Experience working within challenging environments.
