Principal Product Design Technologist

We're seeking a highly skilled Principal Product Design Technologist to join our team at Kmart. As a key member of our Product team, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping the future of digital experiences for two of Australia's most loved brands.
As a technologist with a deep understanding of front-end development, you'll craft and implement digital products that not only solve customer problems but also set new standards for engagement and usability. Your work will go beyond aesthetics, pushing the boundaries of what's possible through innovative coding and design practices.
Key responsibilities include:
- Crafting and implementing design systems that empower entire organisations, ensuring consistency and flexibility across all touchpoints.
- Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to harmonise tech feasibility, customer needs, and business objectives.
- Establishing and communicating a clear, forward-thinking design vision that supports our overarching product strategy.
