About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Product Technologist to join our team at Kmart Australia. As a key member of our Product team, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of digital experiences for two of Australia's most loved and revered brands—Kmart Australia and Target Australia.

Key Responsibilities
  • Craft and implement digital products that solve customer problems and set new standards for engagement and usability.
  • Drive innovation by leading the development of advanced design systems, leveraging cutting-edge technologies to ensure our products are not just beautifully designed but also functionally flawless and scalable.
  • Experiment and lead the charge in innovative experiments that fuse design and technology, creating value that directly aligns with our business goals and customer needs.
What You'll Be Doing
  • Design and code digital products that meet customer needs and exceed expectations.
  • Develop and maintain design systems that empower entire organisations, ensuring consistency and flexibility across all touchpoints.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to harmonise tech feasibility, customer needs, and business objectives.
