About the Role
As an Animal Welfare Advisor, you'll be working from home and providing support and advice to callers on various animal welfare topics. You'll be the first point of contact for people seeking information and guidance, and you'll play a vital role in helping us prevent animal cruelty.
Your main responsibilities will include:
- Providing clear and concise information and guidance to callers, using our internal systems and external resources.
- Documenting all communication and interactions with callers in a professional manner.
- Utilizing your excellent communication skills to build strong relationships with callers and provide a high level of customer service.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- A passion for animal welfare and a desire to make a difference.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- A competent use of technology and ability to multitask between different systems while actively listening to customers.
- High attention to detail.
- Openness to feedback and coaching.
- Patient and empathetic towards people in difficult situations.
- The ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and public holidays.
- Full working rights in Australia, as no sponsorship will be offered for this role.
