Job Summary:

We are seeking a part-time Medical Receptionist to join our team in Morley. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who are passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and working in a fast-paced healthcare environment.

In this role, you will be responsible for managing the front desk reception, welcoming patients, supporting healthcare professionals, and performing general administration duties. You will play a key role in providing high-quality customer service to all patients and contribute to the smooth operation of our practice.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Greet patients and welcome them into the Centre.
  • Collect and enter patient details into the database.
  • Schedule appointments (when required).
  • Answer telephone calls and enquiries.
  • Provide exceptional customer service with previous experience an advantage.
  • Communicate professionally and politely over the phone.
  • Be detail-orientated and able to multitask and prioritise.
  • Have knowledge of Pracsoft/Medtech is an advantage.

This is a fantastic opportunity to work as part of a multifaceted team and independently, with a neat and professional presentation required.
