Job Title: Medical Receptionist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Medical Receptionist to join our team in Morley. As a Medical Receptionist, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional patient care and administrative support in a fast-paced dental practice.

About the Role:

This is a full-time position that requires a strong work ethic, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment. You will be responsible for managing front desk operations, including greeting patients, handling phone calls, booking appointments, and processing payments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing high-quality customer service to patients and other stakeholders
  • Managing appointment scheduling and waitlists
  • Handling financial transactions, including payment processing and reconciliations
  • Coordinating with dentists and other healthcare professionals to ensure smooth patient flow
  • Maintaining accurate records and reports, including patient demographics and treatment plans

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Certificate III in Dental Assisting or equivalent experience
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
