About The Role

As a member of our professional audiologists' team, you will work independently to provide services to HSP, DVA, private, and insurance clients. Your responsibilities include conducting hearing assessments, prescribing and fitting hearing aids, and offering consultations. You will have access to the latest hearing aid technology from various manufacturers, enhancing your job satisfaction and client outcomes.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct comprehensive adult hearing services, including wax removal (training provided if required), tailored to diverse clients including HSP, DVA, private, and insurance clients.
  • Perform accurate hearing assessments and diagnostics.
  • Prescribe and skillfully fit hearing aids personalized to individual needs.
  • Participate enthusiastically in local marketing events to promote hearing services.

Ideal Candidate

  • Experienced Audiologist / Audiometrist with extensive audiology experience and familiarity with hearing device products.
  • Qualified Professional (QP) with active membership in a recognized audiological peak body.
  • Dedicated to advancing hearing health knowledge and contributing to our mission.
  • Proven commercial acumen with a track record of meeting and exceeding KPIs.
  • Empathetic communicator with strong interpersonal skills and the ability to foster meaningful client relationships.
