The role involves leading a team of educators to deliver high-quality early childhood education, supervising the care and education of each child, and making your Centre an example of excellence in all aspects of what we do.

As a member of our leadership team, you will contribute to the self-assessment process, drive continuous improvement, and participate in decision-making through our Leadership Councils.

  • Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of educators to deliver high-quality early childhood education and care
  • Supervise the education, care, and supervision of each child at the Centre
  • Build lasting relationships with families to ensure they feel informed and supported
  • Support the implementation of the Guardian Curriculum and contribute to its ongoing development
  • Contribute to the self-assessment process and drive continuous improvement
  • Participate in decision-making through our Leadership Councils

Requirements

  • Qualifications
  • Tertiary qualifications (university degree or equivalent) in Early Childhood Education as approved by ACECQA
  • Accreditation/Registration
  • Current teacher's accreditation/registration (NSW, SA, VIC & WA)
  • Experience
  • Proven knowledge of the National Quality Framework
  • Previous experience working in the early childhood sector (desirable)
  • Certification
  • Valid Working with Vulnerable People Check
