Air Product Distribution Specialist Role Overview

Helloworld Travel Limited is a global travel organization providing international and domestic travel products and services to clients worldwide.

As an Air Product Distribution Manager, you will be responsible for the end-to-end process of negotiating, distributing, and managing all airfare products from preferred airline partners.

This role requires extensive experience in using Global Distribution Systems (GDS's), thorough knowledge of airfare products, technical expertise in the distribution of airfares, and ability to price up B2B and B2C airfare pricing campaigns.

  • Negotiating and Implementing Private, Net, Wholesale, and Unique Fares: Work with airlines to negotiate and implement private, net, wholesale, and any other unique fares required by the business.
  • Managing Airfare Distribution: Manage the distribution of airfares through our ticketing businesses.
  • Sales Performance Analysis: Analyze sales performance of airfare sales campaigns.
  • Competitive Analysis and Airfare Trends Monitoring: Provide competitive analysis of airfares and monitor airfare trends.

About You:

  • Extensive experience in using GDS's.
  • Thorough knowledge of airfare products.
  • Technical expertise in the distribution of airfares.
  • Ability to price up B2B and B2C airfare pricing campaigns.
  • Existing relationships with airlines.
  • Understanding of New Distribution Capabilities (NDC).
  • Proficiency in using Microsoft products especially Excel and PowerPoint.
