E-commerce Media Strategy Lead

We're seeking an experienced professional to join our team. Key responsibilities include:
* Developing sales strategies to drive growth for Circuit packages, focusing on key categories like Tech, Liquor, Beauty, and Fashion
* Partner engagement: Identifying and engaging brand partners to build campaigns and packages
* Market intelligence: Conducting market analysis and competitor research to identify trends and opportunities within retail media and cashback spaces
* Campaign development: Collaborating with the marketing and product teams to create compelling, category-specific sales packages that resonate with brand objectives and enhance consumer shopping experiences
The ideal candidate will have a background in sales strategy, an understanding of retail and digital media, and the ability to create innovative go-to-market strategies for key shopping events such as Black Friday, Cyber Monday, and Christmas.
About the role:
Sales Strategies: Create and execute sales strategies to drive growth for Circuit packages, focusing on key categories like Tech, Liquor, Beauty, and Fashion.
Partner Engagement: Identify and engage brand partners to build campaigns and packages.
Market Intelligence: Conduct market analysis and competitor research to identify trends and opportunities within retail media and cashback spaces.
Campaign Development: Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to create compelling, category-specific sales packages that resonate with brand objectives and enhance consumer shopping experiences.
Pipeline Management: Support the successful delivery of the sales team's pipeline, ensuring consistent communication and follow-through with potential partners and clients.
Performance Tracking: Set KPIs and track performance metrics for campaigns, providing feedback and insights to optimise future sales strategies.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams such as marketing, product, and operations to ensure smooth implementation and success of Circuit campaigns.

About You:
We're looking for someone who has experience in sales strategy or business development, preferably in digital media, retail, or e-commerce. You'll need to have strong analytical skills, the ability to communicate effectively, and a proven track record of building successful partnerships. A deep understanding of retail media, cashback platforms, and digital advertising strategies is essential.
