Client Services Associate - Fund Management

Anton Murray Consulting is seeking a skilled Fund Operations Specialist to join their Client Services team. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for managing the rebate process for Australian Unit Trust clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare instructions for transfer agencies and internal departments to ensure timely rebate payments
  • Set up rebate records accurately reflecting client agreements
  • Prepare client rebate statements and submit to relevant teams
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and suggest enhancements
  • Reconcile client accounts to internal systems

Requirements:

  • 2-5 years' experience in fund operations, preferably with a fund manager, custodian, or fund services firm
  • Knowledge of Unit Trusts and Microsoft Excel
  • Strong analytical and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
