Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver a clean, fun, friendly and safe experience to every guest.
  • Operate the cash register and provide change with precision.
  • Utilize verbal communication skills, tone, and body language to create a positive atmosphere during each interaction.
  • Verify adult guests sign waiver cards upon entry.
  • Understand skate rental policies and prices, as well as check skates brought into the facility by guests.
  • Stay knowledgeable about current skate times, admission prices, café prices, promotions, and coupons.
  • Sell items from glow and candy carts effectively.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace at all times.
  • Clean and operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently.
  • Prepare food according to expectations and needs.
  • Enforce facility rules diplomatically.
  • Assist in preventing accidents and inspecting skate rentals before distribution.
  • Communicate with session managers, other associates, and DJs regarding issues or safety concerns.
  • Execute the Skato performance with confidence.
  • Document incidents promptly and accurately.
  • Encourage guests to sign up for birthday cards and email newsletters.
