The role

As a Seasonal Retail Team Member, you will be a key part of our team, responsible for delivering an exceptional and memorable experience for customers during the seasonal Christmas period. Your focus will be on ensuring customer satisfaction through product knowledge, customer service, and offering solutions. You will also help create a shoppable environment by keeping the shopfloor neat, tidy, stocked, and ready for promotions and sales.

What you'll be doing
  • Providing a superior customer experience for each person who walks through our store.
  • Ensuring stores are open and ready for customers.
  • Managing stock movement, optimizing sales, tidying the shopfloor, and setting up for promotions and sales.
  • Maintaining high standards of store presentation with the team.
  • Demonstrating strong product knowledge, researching, and describing product features and benefits.
  • Recommending, selecting, and helping locate products based on customer needs.
  • Supporting store leadership with assigned tasks.
  • Reporting safety hazards or concerns immediately to management to ensure a safe environment.
