The role is a seasonal Christmas position where you will deliver an exceptional and memorable customer experience through outstanding product knowledge and service. You will help create a shoppable environment, keep the shopfloor neat, and ensure the store is set up for promotions and sales and stocked with the latest product.

What you'll be doing
  • Providing a superior customer experience for each person who walks through our store.
  • Ensuring our stores are open and ready to be shopped by our customers.
  • Managing the movement of stock, optimizing sales, filing and tidying the shopfloor, and preparing the store for promotions and sales.
  • Working with the store team to maintain high standards of store presentation.
  • Demonstrating strong product knowledge and researching and describing product features and benefits.
  • Recommending, selecting, and helping locate products based on customer needs.
  • Supporting the store leadership team with assigned tasks in line with departmental expectations.
  • Reporting safety hazards or concerns to management to ensure a safe place to work and shop.

  • Previous experience in a customer-service role is desirable.
  • A strong focus on delivering outstanding customer service.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multi-task to serve multiple customers.
  • An energetic and enthusiastic approach to store operations and a personable attitude with customers.
