Procure to Pay Process Excellence Role

We are seeking an experienced professional to lead the standardisation and enhancement of procure-to-pay processes across our business units and ERP systems.

This role is pivotal in improving compliance, visibility, and efficiency across procurement and accounts payable functions and at our sites.

  • Standardise and implement P2P processes across ERPs and sites.
  • Maintain a governed, version-controlled central process repository.
  • Align frameworks with global process owners and governance standards.
  • Enhance reporting capabilities and actionable insights.
  • Lead training and change management to embed new processes and support continuous improvement.
About You

You'll be a proactive and analytical professional with a passion for process excellence. You thrive in cross-functional environments and are confident engaging with stakeholders across all levels.

  • Extensive P2P experience, ideally within FMCG, with strong process design and governance expertise.
  • Working knowledge of SAP/M3 and process mapping tools like Visio.
  • Skilled in automation and digital transformation (e.g., UiPath).
  • Strong analytical and project management capabilities.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
