About the RoleWe are seeking a skilled Procurement Operations Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our procurement function, you will play a critical role in supporting the delivery of effective and efficient services.
You will be responsible for conducting supplier due diligence, identifying industry trends, and implementing continuous improvement initiatives to drive procurement value generation through simplicity and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities- Supplier Due Diligence: Conduct thorough assessments of suppliers to ensure they meet RACV's standards.
- Industry Trends: Proactively identify emerging trends and developments that impact supply chain risks.
- Continuous Improvement: Develop and implement initiatives to improve procurement processes and technology.
This is an exciting opportunity for a detail-oriented professional with strong analytical skills to make a meaningful contribution to our organization.
Requirements- Bachelor's degree in business, commerce, or economics (desirable).
- Strong experience with Microsoft PowerBI, Excel, and PowerPoint skills to transform raw data into actionable insights.
- Knowledge of procurement concepts, objectives, and activities.
- Experience with Source-to-Contract solutions such as Jaggaer (desirable).
