Bar Service Specialist Opportunity

The Role:

We seek a skilled Bar Service Specialist to join our team at Melbourne Airport. In this dynamic role, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional service and ensuring a memorable experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver engaging and professional bar and table service
  • Prepare and serve quality coffees and beverages
  • Assist with the setup and pack-down of the bar and restaurant areas
  • Adhere to compliance and hygiene requirements

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you'll need previous food and beverage experience in a fast-paced environment. You should also possess a Responsible Service of Alcohol Certificate and Food Safety Certificate. Bartender skills with beer, wine, and cocktail knowledge are highly desirable, as are Barista skills or coffee-making experience.
