Job Title

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Administrative Coordinator to join our team.

The successful candidate will provide administrative support, manage employee rostering, assist with reports, finance duties, inductions, and other HR processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Creation and management of employee rosters
  • Preparation and coordination of external contributor agreements and engagements
  • Providing ad hoc training to colleagues in business automation systems
  • Assisting with bookings and costings
  • Assisting with the preparation of reports, briefings, and internal staff communications
  • Undertaking finance administration activities under direction
  • Maintaining budget performance and variances
  • Completing forecasting for cost centres
  • Coordinate induction and HR administration processes

Requirements:

  • Demonstrated experience in providing administrative support, including finance administration
  • Understanding of continuous improvement culture
  • Advanced communication and teamwork skills with proven organisational and time management skills
