Construction Supervisor Role

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Construction Supervisor to join our team in the Yarrawonga region. As a Construction Supervisor, your primary focus is to manage a portfolio of home builds from site start through to the final inspection and maintenance stage.

Your key responsibilities include:

  • Coordinate and manage trades, establish a reliable trade base
  • Build strong and ongoing working relationships with clients, trades and key stakeholders
  • Ensure correct building practices and procedures are adhered to at all times
  • Deliver quality homes within set time frames and budget guidelines
  • Enforce and adhere to OH&S regulations
  • Manage day-to-day operations on site, including suppliers and completion of paperwork
  • Provide weekly KPI reports

Requirements:

  • Proven experience supervising residential home builds or residential construction projects
  • Strong understanding of Australian building regulations, WHSE regulations and Quality Assurance systems
  • Valid driver's license
  • Excellent project management skills, including trade network development
  • Able to effectively communicate with diverse customer groups
