Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and manage trades to ensure timely completion of projects">
  • Build strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders to deliver excellent customer service">
  • Ensure compliance with Australian building regulations and quality assurance systems">
  • Manage day-to-day activities on site, including suppliers and paperwork">
  • Provide weekly KPI reports to management">

Requirements:

  • Experience supervising residential home builds or a strong trade background">
  • Thorough understanding of Australian building regulations, WHS regulations, and Quality Assurance (QA) systems">
  • Hold a valid driver's licence">
  • Solid project management skills and experience in managing and developing a trade network">
