The Small Business Relationship Manager is responsible for developing relationships with small businesses by providing financial solutions. This includes credit, deposits, and treasury services.
This role represents the institution in the community and proactively seeks new business relationships. Key responsibilities include:
- Directing sales initiatives to achieve revenue goals
- Identifying and developing small business credit opportunities
- Routinely contacting clients to develop relationships and new business opportunities
- Conducting meetings with retail branch teams to improve client experience
- Assessing customers' financial needs and recommending solutions
Requirements include a bachelor's degree in business, finance or economics, and a minimum of five years of experience in a financial institution. The ideal candidate will have prior business banking experience and be familiar with business lending and cash management opportunities.
