Job Title: Engagement Consultant

We are currently seeking a skilled professional to connect NDIS participants with meaningful employment and support services.

The ideal candidate will play a vital role in building business relationships, delivering employment supports, and promoting our services at local events.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage with NDIS participants, families, schools, planners, Support Coordinators, and community organisations to build business relationships.
  • Deliver employment supports to our NDIS participants, including promoting our services and managing leads from our marketing and service centre.
  • Promote our organisation at local expos and events, and build networks with employers to create tailored employment opportunities.
  • Maintain accurate records and deliver high-quality, person-centred services that meet the needs of our clients.

Requirements:

  • Experience in Community Services, Employment Services, or NDIS-related roles.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work independently and manage caseloads.
  • Proven ability to build and maintain stakeholder relationships, with a commitment to continuous improvement and team collaboration.
  • Eligibility to work in Australia, a current driver's licence, and a comprehensively insured vehicle.
  • Able to obtain a Working with Children Check & NDIS Worker Screening Check, and complete a Criminal History Check and First Aid and CPR certificate.
