We are seeking dedicated and compassionate Support Workers to join our team. Our goal is to provide high-quality care and support to our clients, empowering them to live fulfilling lives.
To achieve this, we need Support Workers who can build meaningful relationships with our clients. This means that most of our shifts are part of a permanent roster that mirrors week by week, giving you set shifts that create a better work-life balance.
At the heart of our organization is the ethos of 'the happier the staff, the better care they provide.' We believe in supporting our staff's well-being, which enables them to provide exceptional care to our clients.
The current shifts we are looking to fill immediately include:
- Two 7am-9am shifts in the city center
- Two 1-3pm shifts in Hillcrest
- Four 9am-12pm shifts in Hewett
- Three 11-3pm shifts in Windsor Gardens
Shifts can consist of Social Support, Personal Care, Transport, Appointment Assistance & Meal Preparation.
Required Qualifications:
- Certificate III in Individual Support
- First Aid Certification (preferably)
- Relevant Clearances
- Experience working in disability or aged care
- Full license, Car and Insurance
Preferred Qualifications:
- Flexible hours
- Professional development assistance
