Job Title: Senior HVAC Project Manager

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Senior HVAC Project Manager to lead our team in delivering high-quality projects.

  • Project Delivery: Ensure that all projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  • Budget Management: Effectively manage project budgets, ensuring that costs are accurately forecasted and controlled.
  • Team Leadership: Lead a dedicated team of professionals, providing guidance, support, and training to ensure their success.
  • Risk Management: Identify and mitigate risks to ensure smooth project execution and minimize potential threats.
  • Safety Protocols: Oversee the implementation and enforcement of safety protocols to maintain a safe working environment.
  • Cash Flow Management: Monitor and control project cash flow, ensuring financial accuracy and transparency.

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Experience: Minimum 2 years in HVAC project management or a similar role.
  • Skills: Strong communication, attention to detail, and computer literacy.
  • Attributes: A positive attitude, ability to meet deadlines, and perform well under pressure.
  • Knowledge: Familiarity with project management practices such as PMBOK.
