What will you be doing?
Working alongside Construction Manager and Project Managers to ensure on time, on budget project completion in a safe manner.
Overviewing day to day activities of projects both onsite and remotely – proactively manage materials and labour to meet project delivery schedules.
Playing a key part in client communication while providing technical support to subcontractors and staff.
Assisting the project manager with scoping, quoting and delivering new works.
Work closely with senior management to improve net profits and market sustainability.
Build and maintain excellent working relationships with suppliers, subcontractors and Grosvenor employees.
Provide training and mentorship to other employees, whilst ensuring your own continuous professional development and career progression.
What will you need to join the team?
Trade Qualification
Minimum of 3 years' Commercial HVAC installation experience
Current Arctick Licence
Restricted Electrical
Strong planning and organisational skills
Advanced communication skills with people of all backgrounds, with proven experience in client relationship building and conflict resolution
An analytical mind, with strong technical capabilities and expertise in contract administration within the HVAC industry
