Are you looking for a challenging role that requires strong leadership skills and technical expertise?

About the Role

This position involves overseeing the completion of construction projects on time, within budget, and to a high standard. You will work closely with construction managers and project managers to ensure smooth project delivery.

The ideal candidate will have a trade qualification and at least 3 years' experience in commercial HVAC installation. They will also possess a current Arctick Licence, Restricted Electrical Licence, and excellent planning and organisational skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work alongside Construction Manager and Project Managers to ensure on-time, on-budget project completion.
  • Overview day-to-day activities of projects both onsite and remotely – proactively manage materials and labour to meet project delivery schedules.
  • Play a key part in client communication while providing technical support to subcontractors and staff.
  • Assist the project manager with scoping, quoting and delivering new works.
  • Work closely with senior management to improve net profits and market sustainability.
  • Build and maintain excellent working relationships with suppliers, subcontractors and employees.
  • Provide training and mentorship to other employees, whilst ensuring your own continuous professional development and career progression.
Requirements
  • Trade Qualification
  • Minimum of 3 years' Commercial HVAC installation experience
  • Current Arctick Licence
  • Restricted Electrical Licence
  • Strong planning and organisational skills
  • Advanced communication skills with people of all backgrounds, with proven experience in client relationship building and conflict resolution
  • An analytical mind, with strong technical capabilities and expertise in contract administration within the HVAC industry
