About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Program Manager Lead to join our client in Saudi Arabia. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the development and implementation of comprehensive program plans, ensuring alignment with program objectives and milestones.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement work breakdown structures, schedules, and resource allocations to ensure program success
  • Maintain project management methodologies and tools for effective planning, monitoring, and control of program activities
  • Monitor program progress against established schedules, identifying deviations and implementing corrective actions to mitigate delays and optimize resource utilization
  • Manage program budgets, tracking actual costs against planned expenditures and identifying variances for analysis and corrective action
  • Establish cost management processes and controls to monitor expenses, ensure compliance with financial policies, and optimize resource allocation
  • Lead high-level strategic planning and decision-making processes, monitoring progress and performance against established goals and objectives
  • Develop and implement document management systems and tools to facilitate version control, access management, and retrieval of program-related documents
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field
  • Minimum 18+ years of experience in program management, planning, project controls, cost, scheduling for mixed-use projects
  • 5+ years of experience working in Saudi Arabia
  • Prior experience on PMC, Contractor, and Client-side projects is essential
