Project Development Manager Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Development Manager to join our team and contribute to the delivery of development and infrastructure projects.

  • Engage in the end-to-end delivery of projects from feasibility through to construction and handover.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, councils, government authorities, consultants, and contractors.
  • Manage project financial performance including forecasting, resource planning, reporting, and commercial risk.
  • Participate in business development, proposal preparation, and strategic planning initiatives.
  • Lead and deliver multidisciplinary development and infrastructure projects.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of project management experience in engineering, construction, or property development.
  • Ability to interpret and communicate complex technical, planning, and regulatory information effectively.
  • Financial and commercial acumen with an understanding of project profitability, cost control, and contract administration.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including report writing and presentations.
  • Self-motivated with excellent organisational and time management skills.
  • Strong leadership, mentoring, and team coordination skills.
