Hotel Support Associate Job

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Hotel Support Associate to join our team. As a key member of our hotel staff, you will be responsible for ensuring that our guests have an exceptional stay.

Your primary duties will include:

  • Cleaning guest rooms thoroughly, including changing linens, cleaning bathrooms, and wiping down surfaces
  • Working diligently within established guidelines to achieve impeccable standards
  • Maintaining and restocking housekeeping trolleys, keeping them organized and well-equipped
  • Using cleaning materials with care and adhering to safety protocols
  • Respecting guest privacy and security, upholding our commitment to their comfort

To succeed in this role, you will possess:

  • Previous experience as a cleaner or similar role
  • A warm and welcoming communication style, making guests and team members feel at ease
  • An eye for detail and ability to work efficiently, managing time well and taking pride in tasks
  • The ability to navigate internal and external staircases and open pathways, enjoying a physically demanding role
  • Reliable transportation and availability to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and public holidays
