Job Overview

This is a pivotal leadership position where you will spearhead the growth and development of our open space services division. As General Manager, you will be responsible for shaping the future of our business by blending operational excellence with strategic growth initiatives.

You will lead and oversee the delivery of open space management services across a diverse portfolio, driving operational efficiency through robust systems, safety standards, and quality outcomes.

Your key objective will be to develop and execute a growth strategy that expands service lines, wins new business, and deepens client relationships. You will also build and mentor a high-performing team, ensuring capability, culture, and continuous improvement.

In partnership with senior leadership, you will position our division as a market leader in sustainable and innovative open space management practices.
