Our client, a leading integrated services firm, is seeking an experienced
General Manager – Open Spaces
to spearhead a newly created division that blends operational excellence with growth strategy.

This pivotal role offers the opportunity to shape the future of open space services—combining technical operations management with business development, innovation, and client engagement.

The Opportunity

As General Manager, you will:

  • Lead and oversee the delivery of open space management services across a diverse portfolio.
  • Drive operational excellence through robust systems, safety standards, and quality outcomes.
  • Develop and execute a growth strategy to expand service lines, win new business, and deepen client relationships.
  • Build and mentor a high-performing team, ensuring capability, culture, and continuous improvement.
  • Partner with senior leadership to position the division as a market leader in sustainable and innovative open space management.

About You

You will bring a unique blend of operational expertise and commercial acumen, with the ability to lead people, deliver outstanding results, and drive growth. Ideally, you have:

  • Proven leadership experience in open space management, facilities, landscaping, or related industries.
