We are seeking an experienced Trade Services expert to create a new revenue stream and service capability, while building and leading teams of trades specialists within the organization.Responsibilities
  • Establish and lead a Trade Services capability within the organization, focusing on electrical, mechanical, fire, plumbing, and other trade specialties.
  • Build and manage a high-performing team of trades specialists, ensuring their training, development, and performance.
  • Take full P&L responsibility for the Trade Services division, driving revenue growth, managing costs, and optimizing profitability.
  • Develop and maintain a strong network of contacts within the built environment industry, including suppliers, contractors, and clients.
  • Identify business development opportunities, pursue new contracts, and strategically expand the Trade Services offering.
  • Collaborate closely with other departments to ensure seamless integration of Trade Services with existing service lines.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in building and managing teams of trades specialists within the built environment sector.
  • Trade qualifications in a relevant field (electrical, fire, HVAC, mechanical, plumbing, etc.).
  • Strong business acumen with the ability to take full P&L responsibility.
  • An established network within the built environment industry, including contacts with suppliers, contractors, and potential clients.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for developing new revenue streams and service capabilities.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Ability to adapt to a dynamic and fast-paced work environment.

We offer a competitive salary package of $120,000 - $180,000 per annum, commensurate with experience.
