About the Role

The Infrastructure Maintenance Team Lead will be responsible for overseeing a small team to complete tasks related to parks, reserves, sports fields, beach access and other open space infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and motivate a small team to achieve maintenance goals.
  • Manage workplace health and safety (WHS) procedures and administrative aspects of maintenance works.
  • Prioritise workloads, organise materials and equipment, and collaborate with other teams and contractors where necessary.

The ideal candidate will possess relevant experience in landscape construction, building or other trades and have strong leadership and communication skills.
