About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Team Leader to oversee the daily operations and long-term plans for our Infrastructure Maintenance teams. As a key member of our organization, you will play a vital role in ensuring the efficient delivery of services while maintaining the highest standards of safety and quality.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and motivate a small team of professionals to complete a range of tasks related to asset maintenance, repairs, and improvements.
  • Manage the team's responsibilities for workplace health and safety (WHS) and administrative components of any works undertaken.
  • Prioritize workloads, organize materials and equipment, and collaborate with other teams and contractors as required.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in landscape construction, building, or other trades relevant to open space infrastructure maintenance. You will also possess excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to engage with a diverse range of stakeholders and employees.
