Lead Food and Beverage Team Member

This role is ideal for individuals with exceptional leadership skills who can effectively communicate with team members and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:- Oversee a team of Food and Beverage Team Members to deliver outstanding guest service.
- Collaborate with the Manager to achieve operational goals and ensure effective staff management.
- Assist with rostering, staffing levels, and ensuring all food and beverage outlets are supervised at all times.
- Motivate team members to achieve high standards of guest service and quality.
- Monitor food preparation and cooking duties to maintain recipe and quality standards.
- Apply and monitor food safety procedures, maintaining a high standard of cleanliness in the outlet.
- Organise and manage a team to achieve goals and promote a positive working environment.
- Strong leadership skills and experience in managing a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Able to plan, prioritise and organise work within a set timetable and in a team environment.
- Knowledge of food safety requirements and standards.
- Ability to think laterally and apply logical thinking to solve complex problems.
- Computer skills and experience in point-of-sale systems.
- Familiarity with quality customer service principles.
