University Event Planner

We are a leading provider of student accommodation, currently housing 15,000 students and growing.
The role involves planning and executing monthly events, engaging with students, and mentoring our Student Ambassador team to develop their skills. This role includes:
- Preparing monthly engagement reports
- Creating content for social media and events
- Brainstorming new event ideas
- Managing and resolving incidents
- Leading and supporting student ambassadors
- Updating attendance trackers and participating in strategic planning
The ideal candidate will be a motivated team player with empathy and understanding of student challenges, leadership and supervisory skills, strong communication and documentation skills, and a commitment to delivering high-quality experiences.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is passionate about creating engaging experiences for students. The successful candidate will have the ability to think creatively, work independently, and as part of a team.
