As a Design Manager, you will be instrumental in driving project delivery excellence through effective design leadership. The role is key to ensuring timely and budget-friendly completion of projects.

The position entails leading and managing consultants to deliver high-quality design documentation on time and on budget. Additionally, you will be responsible for reviewing the project design for regulatory and building compliance.

Collaboration with the construction team and trade subcontractors is crucial in reviewing the design for constructability. You will require strong analytical skills and expertise in relevant disciplines to excel in this role.

To be successful, you will need a tertiary qualification in a relevant discipline, experience working with principal contractors delivering large-scale D&C building projects, and excellent collaboration skills.
