Your new role

This is your opportunity to step into a Design Lead position and take charge. Perfect opportunity for an experienced and passionate Interior Designer ready to lead, shape and design an in-house design unit -A career-defining move for an emerging interior designer.

You'll work closely with senior leadership and design director, driving projects from concept to completion and eventually leading your own team. If you're a visionary designer ready to make your mark, ready to take the next step in design management - this is the role for you.

What you'll be doing

  • Lead the design process across all phases - from schematic design and client engagement to final delivery
  • Create compelling concepts, mood boards, 3D renders, and detailed documentation
  • Collaborate with construction teams to ensure seamless integration of design and build
  • Influence projects across diverse sectors, delivering high-impact, meaningful spaces.

What you'll need to succeed

  • Tertiary Degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or Built Environment
  • Extensive experience in a design-focused role within studio and/or D&C environments
  • Strong understanding of fitout design requirements including lighting, mechanical, data, and spatial flow
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD and exceptional 3D rendering capabilities
  • Strong design ability - hand sketching highly regards
  • A passion for leadership, innovation, and creating spaces that inspire
  • Experience within the Australian market is required
  • Graphic Design - Software Design is not applicable for this position
  • Must be living in Australia and have full Australian working rights
