Job Title: Conflict Resolution Professional

 

The role of a Conflict Resolution Professional involves managing disputes and complaints escalated from various business areas within our organization. This includes the management of internal and external stakeholder relationships, as well as thorough case investigations.

 

This position requires an advanced level of customer service and complaint resolution skills to resolve complaints, retain customer relationships, and reduce reputational and financial risk.

 

Key Responsibilities:

Management of internal and external stakeholder relationships through effective communication and negotiation skills.

Conduct thorough case investigations to identify root causes of disputes and develop appropriate resolutions.

Develop and implement strategies to prevent future disputes and improve overall customer satisfaction.

 

Requirements:

  • Relevant tertiary degree in a related field.
  • Three years' experience in the insurance industry with a focus on dispute resolution.
  • Comprehensive understanding of complaint handling practices and procedures across Australian and New Zealand markets.
  • Understanding and experience of identifying risk and designing mitigating actions.
  • Proven strong customer focus and excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
