Customer Service Representative Job Opportunity

We're looking for enthusiastic and motivated individuals to join our team across all shifts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing exceptional customer service and ensuring every customer leaves with a smile on their face.
  • Setting up and maintaining store displays to create an inviting atmosphere.
  • Upselling and promoting products to drive sales growth.
  • Preparing cold beverages and operating the Barista machine to meet customer demand.
  • Maintaining high standards of food safety and recording temperature checks.
  • Cleaning duties throughout the store to ensure a clean and safe environment.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Demonstrated customer service skills and a positive attitude towards tasks and challenges.
  • Excellent organisational skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Prior retail or food experience is highly regarded but not essential.
