Job Overview

The Quality and Supplier Engagement Lead is responsible for maintaining the highest standards of quality, compliance, and guest satisfaction in food and beverage operations.

This role offers a unique opportunity to lead with integrity and drive compliance in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

  • Daily audits on incoming products are conducted to ensure adherence to HACCP standards.
  • Audit collaboration with Warehouse leadership team ensures seamless supplier onboarding.
  • B2 warehouse and loading docks must meet all HACCP standards for product safety.
  • Product expiry dates, quality issues, and accurate reporting are closely monitored.
  • Collaboration with Operations Supervisor ensures staff training in HACCP procedures.
  • Liaison with suppliers and chefs resolves discrepancies and ensures timely, safe delivery and storage of goods.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain strong knowledge of food safety legislation as a Certified Food Safety Supervisor and HACCP Auditor.
  • Experience in food production or hospitality environments with understanding of food microbiology.
  • Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (highly desirable).
  • Demonstrate strong attention to detail and ability to identify and resolve quality issues quickly.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Proactive approach with solutions-focused mindset.
