Job Requirements- Lead a team and provide guidance, constructive feedback, and encouragement to ensure a high level of food safety and product quality.
- Promote safe work practices and maintain a safe work environment by all members of your team.
- Previous experience within a similar role within an FMCG company.
- Computer literacy.
- Knowledge of SAP.
- Strong leadership skills and ability to effectively manage a team.
- Good communication, literacy, and numerical skills with ability to confidently liaise with management and employees.
- Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Be result orientated without compromising Safety or Quality.
