- Collaborate with mortgage specialists to refer complex cases and provide seamless end-to-end banking experiences.
To succeed in this position, you will need:
- A passion for delivering exceptional customer service and building strong relationships.
- An ability to effectively communicate complex financial information to diverse audiences.
- A high level of numeracy and attention to detail.
- Prior experience in the retail banking sector is preferred, with Tier 2 accreditation highly regarded.
