About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Project Quality Manager to join our team at CitiPower and Powercor Australia. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for ensuring the delivery of high-quality projects that meet the requirements of our clients and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement quality management systems to ensure compliance with relevant standards and regulations.
  • Lead and manage a team of quality professionals to ensure effective quality control and assurance processes are in place.
  • Conduct site inspections and audits to identify and address quality issues.
  • Develop and maintain effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure quality objectives are met.
  • Collaborate with project teams to ensure quality is integrated into all aspects of project delivery.
  • Identify and implement opportunities for process improvements to enhance quality and efficiency.
  • Develop and maintain quality metrics and reports to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
Requirements
  • Bachelor of Engineering (Electrical/Civil/Mechanical) or Electrician by Trade.
  • Project Management Qualification.
  • Extensive knowledge and proven implementation of completion programs and Quality tools.
  • Ability to actively identify, share and act on lessons learned and relevant good practices.
  • Previous experience and track record of achievement and progress as a Quality Manager or other relevant senior Quality engineer experience, working on electricity distribution, sub-transmission, transmission industry ideally in Rail industry.
  • Field leadership/management in construction, services, industrial or development projects.
  • Proven developed stakeholder and relationship experience and skills.
  • Demonstrates well-developed verbal/written communication and reporting skills, attention to detail and effective interpersonal skills.
