**Job Title: Digital Optimization Specialist**

The purpose of this role is to assist with the ownership of work across digital paid media and owned platform optimization, requiring an advanced analytical skillset. This role will be part of a highly collaborative, highly talented team focused on best-in-class deliveries for their clients.

Merkle is looking for an experienced professional to join our team in Sydney. This full-time position is a great opportunity into digital marketing requiring an advanced analytical skill-set.

**Responsibilities:**

- Weekly performance reporting and budget management
- SEM, Display and Social Media advertising optimization and recommendations
- Developing testing and personalization suggestions and documentation - outlining hypothesis, success metrics, and experiences for different audiences
- Analysis and recommendations for when to conclude live campaigns or tests and provision of key learnings and next steps
- Quality Assurance testing
- Recommend testing ideas based on business/customer goals, analytics, and best practices.
- Contributing to weekly meetings on ongoing projects, deliverables, and next steps
- Presenting results and strategic initiatives to clients
- Working with cross-functional teams

**Requirements:**

- 1+ Years commercial experience
- Bachelor Degree or relevant experience in related field
- An enthusiastic team player and passionate about cultivating an amazing team environment
