
Site Safety Specialist

As a control room operator, you play a pivotal role in ensuring site safety and system integrity. Reporting to the supervisor, you are responsible for overseeing live monitoring, coordinating incident responses, and supporting security operations through advanced surveillance systems.
Key Responsibilities:- Monitor CCTV, alarms, and access control systems in real-time to identify and respond to incidents promptly.
- Liaise with on-ground security personnel to coordinate responses and ensure the safety of customers, staff, and assets.
- Log and report all incidents, system faults, and operational activities accurately and in a timely manner.
- Perform routine system checks to ensure functionality and address minor troubleshooting tasks.
- Support the execution of emergency protocols including evacuation coordination and escalation procedures.
- Mandatory: SA Security Licence with Control Room (CRO) endorsement, Valid First Aid Certificate, Full working rights in Australia.
- Desirable: Certificate II or III in Security Operations, Experience working in a control room or fast-paced monitoring environment.
