Lead a High-Performing Team

We're seeking an experienced Operations Manager to lead our team in delivering impactful land and water projects that benefit Indigenous communities.

  • Develop and implement effective strategies to ensure the successful delivery of land and water acquisition, property management, and grant projects.
  • Manage and supervise a high-performing team to achieve exceptional results and meet the goals of stakeholders and ILSC objectives.

As a key member of our Divisional Management Team, you'll contribute to the development and implementation of our Divisional Corporate Priorities and Operational Plan.

  • Establish strategic relationships with key stakeholders and partner organisations to partner or leverage investment to acquire and develop Indigenous land and water;
  • Complete due diligence of project proposals and investment opportunities, providing recommendations to support informed decision-making;

General Responsibilities:

  • Prepare high-quality submissions, briefings, reports, and other correspondence to facilitate information exchange and provide expert advice;
  • Work collaboratively as an effective member of our Program Delivery Directorate, fostering a positive and professional work environment;
  • Ensure compliance with WHS Management Systems and take responsibility for maintaining a safe and healthy work environment;
  • Uphold the ILSC's Values and Code of Conduct.
