Marketing Support Role

This position involves providing comprehensive administrative support to the marketing team, encompassing tasks such as purchase orders, reporting, and onboarding processes.

The Job Responsibilities
  • Coordinate events, including venue selection, catering arrangements, logistics, and travel coordination.
  • Assist with the creation and dissemination of marketing and sales collateral, including digital campaigns, brochures, demos, and materials distribution.
  • Manage sponsorship and compliance procedures.
  • Support capital equipment logistics and general team scheduling, travel, and customer coordination.

Requirements
  • Background in marketing or business administration is preferred.
  • A degree in Marketing (or related field) is highly regarded.

  • Self-motivated individual with the ability to manage tasks and meet deadlines independently.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and interpersonal.
  • Highly organized, detail-focused, and able to juggle multiple projects.
